The new literature uses product and equipment photos to showcase the company’s expertise in applying protective coatings to industrial machine and wear parts. Serving Lehigh Valley, PA, and the Pennsylvania-New York-New Jersey area, the company uses computer-programmed equipment for precise application of carbide, ceramics and other metal coatings with high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF), plasma coatings, twin wire arc, and combustion flame spraying and fused coating processes. The brochure notes that Longevity’s facility, which is located near Lehigh Valley International Airport, can handle completely manufactured, coated and ground components, including parts larger than 18 ft long and 50 in. in diameter.
