The PB1500X Extreme is CDCLarue Industries’ newest addition to its line of Pulse-Bac® vacuum and dust containment equipment. At 63 in. tall, 28 in. wide and weighing 220 lb, the system is a maneuverable and lightweight machine that can easily fit through any standard door or elevator. The system comes standard with an Ametek FLO-TEK vacuum motor with INFIN-A-TEK® technology. The motor reportedly will deliver more than 5000 hours of service life and incorporates the latest advancements in digital control technology and electric circuit design. It features a lightweight design that uses advanced INFIN-A-TEK SR (switched reluctance) brushless motor technology, which reportedly increases the motor's life and allows for higher motor speeds. According to the company, these innovations, coupled with improvements in fan and housing design, enable the compact and lightweight motor to provide the equipment with enough CFM and lift to handle extreme conditions and environments.
