The new powder pump, called HiCoat-ED, is designed to lower powder consumption and reduce operating costs through its efficient use of air. According to the company, the constant powder flow achieved with the pump provides a softer powder delivery, resulting in an even coating thickness and unsurpassed Faraday coverage. The new HiCoat generation of C4 automatic and manual guns is designed to offer enhanced coating efficiencies. The guns' efficient use of a homogeneous, soft powder cloud reportedly leads to uniform and consistent powder application. In addition, the guns are designed to provide optimal charging on common, metallic and special effects powders.
