H.B. Fuller Co. has completed the sale of its Powder Coatings business to The Valspar Corp. The company anticipated that this transaction would generate a one-time positive impact to pre-tax income of $64 to $68 million in the fourth quarter. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
