Parker Ionics, a supplier of powder application equipment to the powder coating industry, has moved its corporate headquarters from Urbana, OH to Westland, MI, a suburb of Detroit. This move completes the transfer of the business operations of Parker Ionics from Trutec Industries to Parkwood Engineering Development Corporation (PEDCO).
John M. Cole, P.E., newly appointed president and chief operating officer of PEDCO, said that the reason for transferring the business operations from Trutec to PEDCO was to enhance the engineering and technical capabilities of Parker Ionics and to grow the company’s product base.
