Wheelabrator Group's LaGrange, GA, manufacturing facility was recently named a winner of the 2005 Outstanding Safety Award, presented by the North American Die Casting Association (NADCA). These awards recognize companies within the die casting community that have exceeded or met industry criteria to operate a safe working environment for their employees. Wheelabrator was among 39 North American NADCA corporate members that received the Outstanding Award, which honors operations whose reportable injury or illness level was below the national average of 7.0 for manufacturing facilities.
