CCAI has installed the following individuals to serve on the national board of directors:

• Vice president: John Sudges, Midwest Finishing Systems (Northern Illinois Chapter)
• Secretary/treasurer: Michael Richards, Michael Richards Co. (Northern Ohio Chapter)
• Recent past president: Jerry Trostle, SBS Inc. (Texas Chapter)
Serving on the national board of directors are Bruce Bryan, Industrial Paint & Powder magazine (Northern Illinois Chapter); George Bryant, Briggs and Stratton Corp. (Wisconsin Chapter); Ronald Cudzillo, George Koch Sons LLC (Central States Chapter); Jim Docken, Fremont Industries Inc. (Twin Cities Chapter); Steve Houston, DuPont Powder Coatings (unaffiliated); James Malloy, Kolene Corp. (West Michigan Chapter); Scott Peterson, Atlas Manufacturing (Twin Cities Chapter); John Reseland, Nalco (unaffiliated); Gary Shumway, System Technologies Inc. (unaffiliated); Rodger Talbert, R. Talbert Consulting (West Michigan Chapter); Bob Warren, Nalco (West Michigan Chapter); and David Wright, Nalco (Wisconsin Chapter). Serving as an ex officio board member is Larry Melgary, Northern Coatings & Chemicals (Wisconsin Chapter).
Also at the meeting, CCAI honored users and suppliers at an awards luncheon. Chapters recognized a user and supplier member for their year-long service and dedication to the chapter.
The 2003-2004 award winners were: Jim McGowan, Equipto Electronics, and Rich Van Dort, RMC Specialties (Northern Illinois Chapter); Joy Manning, Lacks Trim Systems, and Bob Warren (West Michigan Chapter); Tim Milner, JIT Powder Coating, and Jim Docken, Fremont Industries (Twin Cities Chapter); Jim Archer, RMF Powder Coating Services, and Ron Cudzillo (Central States Chapter); and George Bryant and Larry Melgary (Wisconsin Chapter).
