HOUSTON – International Paint, an AkzoNobel company, has entered into a strategic distribution agreement through its Mexican affiliate, Compania Mexicana de Pinturas International SA de CV, Sayer Lack Mexicana SA de CV. As a result, Sayer Lack will supply International Paint’s marine and protective coatings products in Mexico.

The agreement with Sayer Lack, a current licensee of AkzoNobel’s Glidden decorative paints and distributor of Devoe protective coatings brands in Mexico, allows International Paint to leverage Sayer Lack’s national distribution footprint to achieve competitive coverage of a geographically large territory.
