WAYNE, PA - To keep up with rising demand, Deacom Inc. has made a number of personnel changes, including hiring several people and promoting others.

Scott Deakins has joined Deacom as Software Operations Manager. Mark Colflesh has joined the company as Support Specialist, and Janine Zinski, CPSM, has joined Deacom as Director of Marketing.

Recent promotions within the company include Todd Shilhanek, who joined Deacom in November 2009 and was recently promoted to Implementation and Support Manager. Carol Martin, who joined Deacom in March 2010, has been promoted to the new position of Human Resources Manager in addition to her current duties as Office Manager and Assistant to the President of Deacom.
