HOLLISTON, MA - Biochrom, a global manufacturer of analytical instruments, has created a dedicated North American technical support team for its Spectrophotometers, Plate Readers and Plate Washer business. The new team is based out of Holliston, MA, and offers customers high-quality technical support throughout the working day. The addition of the Massachusetts-based team is the next step in Biochrom’s strategy to support its growing U.S. and Canadian customer base. The creation of the new support team follows recent additions to the U.S. sales team.
