LANXESS Extends Heitmann's Tenure as Chairman
LEVERKUSEN, Germany – The Supervisory Board of LANXESS AG appointed Dr. Axel C. Heitmann Chairman of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG for another five years. The new term will begin July 1, 2012. Heitmann has been Chairman of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG since September 2004.
