OMNOVA Solutions’ Specialty Chemicals business announced a price increase of $0.05 per dry pound for all styrene butadiene emulsion polymers.

FAIRLAWN, OH – OMNOVA Solutions’ Specialty Chemicals business announced a price increase of $0.05 per dry pound for all styrene butadiene emulsion polymers. In addition, all vinyl pyridine latex products produced in the United States will increase by $0.08 per dry pound. These increases are effective June 15, 2011, for all specialty markets including coatings, tape and adhesives, floor care, graphic arts, nonwovens, textiles, construction, tire cord, and oilfield chemicals.
