Flint Group announced that Doug Aldred has been appointed President of the Packaging & Narrow Web – Europe and North America.

LUXEMBOURG - Flint Group announced that Doug Aldred has been appointed President of the Packaging & Narrow Web – Europe and North America.

In addition to his new role, Aldred will also assume responsibility for the global packaging and narrow web strategy. He will report directly to Antoine Fady, Chief Executive Officer.

Aldred joined Flint Ink in 1994 (one of the group of companies that merged to form Flint Group) as a Manufacturing Manager within Canada and in 1998 was appointed General Manager, Sheetfed Europe. With Flint-Schmidt, he became Global VP for the Sheetfed division and in 2005 was appointed VP for Packaging EMEA. In 2009, he became responsible for all sales and business development in Packaging and Narrow Web EMEA.
