WAALWIJK, The Netherlands - DSM NeoResins+ has appointed Martin Vlak to the position of Global Sales Director. The appointment is effective January 1, 2011. Vlak currently is Sales Director Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa with DSM. He has more than 20 years experience in the coating industry.

Effective the same day, Ad Ernst, presently Global Sales Director, will focus his energies on integrating within the DSM Resins Business Group and helping grow the recently announced acquisition of a majority stake in AGI Corp. In this position, Ernst will report to Dimitri de Vreeze, President, DSM Resins.
