MANCHESTER, UK - The Manchester Section of the Oil & Colour Chemists Association will hold its 10th annual half-day seminar the afternoon of March 7, 2011, at the Salford Innovation Forum at the Salford University Business Park.

The theme of the presentations will be functional raw materials and speakers will cover wide-ranging aspects that will be of interest to all associated with the coatings industry.
