DALLAS – Oxea will increase list and off-list prices on the products listed below. The increases are effective April 1, 2011, or as contracts allow.

In the United States, Canada and Mexico, i/n butanol will increase $0.05/lb. (list price: $1.33/lb., zone 1), i/n butyl acetate will increase $0.03/lb. (list price: $1.16/lb., zone 1), n butyraldehyde will increase $0.05/lb. (list price: $1.34/lb., zone 1), n propanol will increase $0.03/lb. (list price: $1.21/lb., zone 1), and n propyl acetate will increase $0.03/lb. (list price: $1.16/lb., zone 1).

In South and Central America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, i/n Butanol will increase $110/mt., i/n butyl acetate will increase $66/mt., n propanol will increase $66/mt., and n propyl acetate will increase $66/mt.

In the Americas, neopentylglycol and trimethylolpropane will increase $0.10/lb.

In Europe, 2-ethylhexanoic acid will increase EUR 200/mt., butyric acids will increase EUR 100/mt., and n-valeric acid and isononanoic acid will increase EUR 150/mt.

In the Americas, 2-ethylhexanoic acid will increase $0.12/lb., butyric acids will increase $0.12/lb., and n-valeric acid and isononanoic acid will increase $0.10/lb.

In Asia, 2-ethylhexanoic acid will increase $270/mt., butyric acids will increase $130/mt., and n-valeric acid and isononanoic acid will increase $220/mt.

In Europe, propionaldehyde will increase EUR 100/mt., and n-valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, n-nonanal, isononanol, and isononanal will increase EUR 150/mt.

In Asia and Latin America, propionaldehyde will increase $150/mt., and n-valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, n-nonanal, isononanol, and isononanal will increase $220/mt.

In the United States, n-valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, n-nonanal, isononanol and isononanal will increase $0.10/lb.
