CINCINNATI - Effective October 15, 2010, or as contracts allow, the Functional Products division of Cognis Corp. will increase list and off-list prices for selected products within the NAFTA region. The price increase includes the following: Empol® dimer acids (VOFA, including TOFA based) $0.08–$0.13; Versamid® solid polyamide resins $0.07–$0.11; epoxy curing agents (Versamid, Genamid®, CEX™ and VCX™) $0.03–$0.05.
