MINNEAPOLIS – The Valspar Corp. has agreed to acquire Australian paint manufacturer Wattyl Limited. Wattyl distributes leading paint brands to retail customers through home-improvement centers and hardware outlets, and to trade customers through a network of 140 company-owned stores.
