Graco Inc. announced that it has reached a successful settlement in its patent and trademark infringement suit brought against Hong Kong-based Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. (TTI) and TTI’s U.S.-based affiliates.

MINNEAPOLIS - Graco Inc. announced that it has reached a successful settlement in its patent and trademark infringement suit brought against Hong Kong-based Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. (TTI) and TTI’s U.S.-based affiliates. Graco had brought suit in United States District Court for the District of Minnesota alleging that TTI’s RAP200 paint station tool, sold under the Ryobi brand name, infringed Graco’s United States Patent No. 6,702,198 and federally registered BLUE trademark. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
