WASHINGTON, DC - The Assistant Administrator for Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention has signed notice to reopen the comment period for the proposed rule titled “Lead; Clearance and Clearance Testing Requirements for the Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program.” The original comment period ended on July 6, 2010, and is now reopened until August 6, 2010.
