LAKE SUCCESS, NY -- Aceto Corp. has announced structural changes in the way some of its businesses are managed globally.

 

Alexander Elo was promoted to Managing Director, Aceto Health Ingredients. Keith Wilkinson has assumed added global business development responsibilities in the Specialty Chemicals business segment. Guillaume Saint Clair has assumed the additional responsibilities for managing both the company’s Pharmaceutical Intermediates business and its Specialty Chemicals business overseas.

 

Commenting on the changes, Vincent G. Miata, CEO and President of Aceto, said, "Over the past several months, we have restructured the way Aceto manages its operations into more of a vertically integrated, global team built around each of our various businesses. We adopted this approach from the successful implementation of our globalized Nutraceutical business several years ago. The announcements that we have made today represent some of the key players in this new management structure, individuals with important roles in coordinating and managing the international pieces of our businesses units."
