HORGEN, Switzerland -- Dow Coating Materials will implement a price increase in Europe, including central and eastern Europe, Russia and the Middle East, for all products sold to the architectural and industrial coatings markets. The increase, effective Feb. 1, 2010, or as contracts allow, will affect all hydroxyethyl cellulose-based polymers. The prices will increase by 10 percent.
