SACRAMENTO, CA - The 2009 Annual Reporting Forms have been posted on the California Air Resources Board Architectural Coatings Website. The forms are located at www.arb.ca.gov/coatings/arch/rform.htm. Although the board requests that completed surveys be returned by April 1, 2010, contact the board if additional time is needed.

 

Companies that manufacture bituminous roof coatings and primers, clear-brushing lacquers, recycled coatings, and rust-preventive coatings, and sold or distributed any of these products in California in 2009, are required to complete a form. Additionally, companies that sold or distributed any coatings in California in 2009 that contained perchloroethylene or methylene chloride are required to complete part two of the form.
