WACKER is restructuring its distribution network for the VINNAPAS® and VINNOL® brands of polymer dispersions.

MUNICH, Germany – WACKER is restructuring its distribution network for the VINNAPAS® and VINNOL® brands of polymer dispersions. As part of a constant sales channel improvement, the IMCD Group, a Dutch chemicals distributor and already a WACKER partner, will distribute WACKER’s polymer dispersions in the UK and Ireland. IMCD UK Ltd. has replaced previous distribution partner Grolman Ltd. Furthermore, dispersions business has been transferred from WACKER’s previous partner, Biesterfeld, to IMCD. IMCD will distribute WACKER’s polymer dispersions in the Baltics, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine. In addition, IMCD will also distribute WACKER’s polymer dispersions in Austria.
