ADDISON, IL - William G Cary has been named the Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice-President of the Cary Co., Addison, IL. Kenneth E. Tyrrell has been named President and CEO. Tyrrell, a shareholder since 1980, also redeemed 100 percent of the remaining shares of stock.

 

The Cary Co. was founded in 1895 by George B. Cary. The company is a stocking distributor of raw materials, specialty chemicals and packaging products to a diverse number of end users.
