PLYMOUTH, MI - EXEL North America Inc., a subsidiary of EXEL Industries SA located in Plymouth, MI, has purchased the assets and hired the staff of Johnstone, a Division of Ingersoll Rand.

 

EXEL’s core competence - through its Kremlin, Rexson and Sames brands - is finishing and dispensing, as well as the fluid handling associated with those two processes. The acquisition of Johnstone, a major supplier of dispense technology to the automotive market, enhances EXEL’s core strengths in serving its industrial and automotive markets.
