FRANKFURT, Germany - The Supervisory Board of Almatis (DIC Almatis Equityco Coöperatief U.A.) has appointed Remco de Jong as the new Chief Executive Officer of Almatis. He succeeds Martin Laudenbach who has decided to step down from his position to take on a new entrepreneurial opportunity.

 

De Jong joined Almatis in 2004 and has held various positions in Operations before he became the company’s Chief Operating Officer in 2007. He has been a member of the Executive Management team at Almatis for the last four years, working closely together with Martin Laudenbach and CFO Charles Herlinger on the strategic agenda.
