CHICAGO - Atlas Material Testing Technology has announced the 2009 dates for its Weather-Ometer workshops. The workshops provide hands-on training for the operation, calibration and maintenance of Atlas Weather-Ometers and are designed for professionals involved in the development or sale of coatings, plastics, textiles, cosmetics or any product that can be affected by exposure to light or weather. The workshops focus on the Ci Series Weather-Ometers and provide valuable information for any weathering testing program.
The Ci35/Ci65 Weather-Ometer workshop will be held April 21-22, 2009, in Chicago. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of operation, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of operational Weather-Ometers from Ci35/65 and Ci35A/65A up to the modern Ci3000/4000/5000 series.
The Ci4000/Ci5000 Weather-Ometer workshop will be held April 23, June 9 and Sept. 29, 2009, in Chicago. This is a dedicated course for the operators of the latest in weathering technology, the Atlas Ci4000 and Ci5000. Attendees are guided through basic operation, calibration and maintenance as well as the controller and comprehensive diagnostic screens.
