Pelham, NY/Lille, France/Osaka, Japan – Spraylat Corp., The MÄDER Group and Ohashi Chemical Industries Ltd. have signed a mutual cooperation agreement that forms Automotive Coatings World Alliance (ACWA), an association focusing on automotive interior coatings. The alliance will allow the three companies to combine their resources to provide global supply and service to their automotive clients.

 

The three partners have agreed to share technology, commercial strengths and approvals, and manufacturing facilities. Together, the companies combine the strengths and skills of more than 10 R&D centers as well as 20 manufacturing sites over Asia, North America and Europe.
