LUXEMBOURG - Flint Group, Luxembourg, has acquired the specialist anti-set-off manufacturer Russell-Webb Ltd. The powder business will be integrated into Flint Group’s pressroom consumables division, Day International, which manufactures and distributes highly engineered consumable products used in offset, flexographic and digital printing. The Coatings division of Russell-Webb will continue as an independent company, RW Coatings Ltd.
