LOS ANGELES - Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leader in color measurement solutions, is hosting a half-day technical workshop on the core elements of color and appearance. The new course covers a wide range of topics that include color and appearance science overview, color perception, light and its interaction with color surfaces, the use of color systems, calculating and understanding differences in color, using color measurement instruments, and color communication. The workshop is a hands-on interactive workshop that can improve understanding of color science and measurement.
 
The course will be taught by Nick Lena, Director of Technology for Konica Minolta Sensing America. He has 12 years of experience in the commercial lighting industry, specializing in working with mass merchandisers and chain stores.
