MONTREAL, Canada - The Protech/Oxyplast Group of Montreal, Canada, has reached an agreement to purchase the powder coating business and all the assets of Enviro-Powder Co. of Grand Rapids, MI, and the powder coatings business of Atomized Powder Coatings LLC of Terre Haute, IN. Protech will integrate the Enviro-Powder and Atomized manufacturing operations into its own organization. Current customers of Enviro-Powder and Atomized will continue to be able to obtain the products they are currently purchasing and will now have access to Protech’s network of products and technology.
