Cray Valley is implementing sales control on its Norsolene® A series and S series hydrocarbon resins manufactured in its Channelview, TX, facility, effective immediately. The change does not affect the company’s Norsolene W series resins and only applies to customers in the Americas.

 

Citing reduced use of heavy feedstocks in the olefin industry, Cray Valley will limit customers serviced by the Channelview site to 100 percent of their average purchase over the prior six months. Additionally, Cray Valley will no longer fill orders less than a full truckload. Customers wishing to purchase smaller amounts are asked to contact an authorized distributor.
