DSM Desotech Acquires Polymeric Processes Inc.
ELGIN, IL - UV-curable coatings company DSM Desotech has announced the acquisition of assets of U.S.-based Polymeric Processes Inc. (PPI), a producer of UV-curable coatings for tube and pipe applications. Both parties have agreed not to disclose financial details.
The acquisition of Polymeric Processes accelerates the efforts of Desotech’s UVentionT group, which develops custom UV-curable materials for select markets in the United States and Europe.
