Kikuchi Color & Chemicals Corp. (KCC) has announced the sale of its subsidiary, Dominion Colour Corp. (DCC), to a management buyout team of DCC led by Mike Klein.

 



TORONTO - Kikuchi Color & Chemicals Corp. (KCC) has announced the sale of its subsidiary, Dominion Colour Corp. (DCC), to a management buyout team of DCC led by Mike Klein.

The transaction encompasses DCC and all DCC subsidiary companies. Mike Klein, Jack Nelligan, Bob Ralph and Mark Vincent are the new owners; they will all continue as senior executives of DCC in their current positions.
 

All DCC operating divisions and subsidiaries will remain intact, and there will be no changes in the organization as a result of the change in control of DCC.
