CINCINNATI - Pilot Chemical has executed agreements to acquire the business aspects of Intertrade Holdings Inc. Intertrade is a chemical manufacturer of sulfonated products located in Copperhill, TN.
With the acquisition, Pilot will offer its customers several new products, including Sulfonate AA10, SADPO, Sulfonate OA-5R, Sulfonic 800, Sulfonate OE-500, PTSA and PTSA 65%.
