KANSAS CITY, MO - The Polyurea Development Association Europe (PDA Europe) has announced the election of two new International Board Members. Murph Mahaffey, GlasCraft Inc., and Lee Bower, Polyvers International, will serve on the PDA Europe Board of Directors as liaisons between PDA Europe and PDA United States.<
