FAIRLAWN, OH - OMNOVA Solutions has announced that it is eliminating approximately 50 million wet pounds of latex capacity at its Mogadore, OH, plant. The reduction will be accomplished by consolidating production into available capacity in Mogadore and other OMNOVA latex facilities. Employment at the Mogadore plant will not be affected by this action, as the workforce has been reduced 20 percent in the past three years due to natural attrition.
