MEXICO CITY - The Latin American Coatings Show 2007 took place in the World Trade Centre, Mexico City, July 11–12, 2007. Attracting over 3,000 attendees, the show offered many features, including an exhibition, a technical conference and exhibitor business presentations.

The two-day technical conference was organized by ANAFAPYT (Mexican Paint & Printing Ink Manufacturers Association) and ran alongside the exhibition. The exhibitor business presentations allowed exhibitors and visitors to discuss products and services. Presentations were well received, with each session completely full.

Ian Faux, Coatings Group Vice President, reflected on the coatings market in Mexico and the importance of the Latin American Coatings Show within it. “LACS ‘07 has built on the success of the 2005 show and delivered another record turnout. This reinforces the Latin American Coatings Show’s reputation as the most important event for the Latin American region. I am very excited about its return in 2009.”
