PERSTORP, Sweden - Perstorp has announced the acquisition of the Solvay Group’s caprolactone business and announced it will significantly increase its capacity. With manufacturing facilities in Warrington, England, Solvay Caprolactones had sales in 2006 of €60 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
