formed a new entity, Greenkote IPC.
SHELBYVILLE, Ky. - Greenkote PLC has acquired Industrial Powder Coating’s (IPC’s) coating operations and formed a new entity, Greenkote IPC. Greenkote is a European company and an innovator of high-performance metal coatings.
SHELBYVILLE, Ky. - Greenkote PLC has acquired Industrial Powder Coating’s (IPC’s) coating operations and formed a new entity, Greenkote IPC. Greenkote is a European company and an innovator of high-performance metal coatings.
IPC provides 30 years of custom-coating expertise, with five North American facilities located in Shelbyville and Louisville, Ky.; St. Louis, Mo.; Knoxville, Tenn.; and Queretaro, Mexico.
Greenkote IPC facilities will be managed by the existing IPC personnel. Sales and customer service contacts will remain the same. Greenkote IPC will be led by Arie Laor, CEO of Greenkote.
