Mitsui.
TOKYO - Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., and Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., Osaka, Japan, have agreed to transfer Sekisui’s toner resin business to Mitsui. The transfer includes all goodwill and intellectual property related to resins for toner binders for copy machines and printers.
