MEDINA, OH — RPM Inc. has appointed Paul G. Hoogenboom vice president of Operations and Systems, Anthony Biela director of International Operations, and Dennis F. Finn director of Environmental Health and Safety.
Hoogenboom will direct manufacturing, information-technology systems, e-commerce, and operations. He was formerly vice president and general manager of RPM’s E-Commerce Division, and previously held executive positions with Xylan Corp. and A.W. Chesterton.
Biela, formerly deputy managing director of RPM Asia and director of Corporate Development, assumes responsibility for oversight and coordination of RPM’s international activities. He previously was chief financial officer of the European office of Dryvit Systems, an RPM company, and has held senior auditing positions with Deloitte & Touche, Nalco Chemical Co. and Ernst & Young.
Finn, formerly director of Environmental Health and Safety at RPM’s Day-Glo Color Corp., will direct RPM’s environmental, health, and safety programs and product-stewardship initiatives. He also has held various positions with Nalco Chemical Co.
