MONTVALE, NJ — LANSCO Colors has acquired Aarbor International, a Michigan-based supplier of organic pigments produced mainly at 10 joint-venture facilities in China. LANSCO said the acquisition makes it the biggest U.S. supplier of organic pigments from Asia. LANSCO, a supplier of a range of organic and inorganic pigments, will merge Aaarbor’s operations into its New Jersey and Rhode Island offices.
