Uniqema announced the start of construction of a new regional headquarters facility.

Uniqema, Wilmington, DE, announced the start of construction of a new regional headquarters facility, to be built adjacent to the company’s Atlas Point site in New Castle, DE. The facility, expected to be completed in the summer of 2000, will house approximately 150 employees from various Uniqema businesses, including ICI Surfactants, Mona Industries and Unichema International. Uniqema is a specialty chemicals business launched earlier this year by ICI plc.
