Lamberti S.p.A. and Sartomer Co. announced a new distribution agreement for Lamberti Esacure UV photoinitiators.

Lamberti S.p.A., Gallarate, Italy, and Sartomer Co., Exton, PA, announced a new distribution agreement for Lamberti Esacure UV photoinitiators. Under the agreement, Sartomer will continue to service certain U.S. and Canadian customers, Sartomer said. Lamberti S.p.A. recently launched a North American subsidiary, Lamberti U.S.A. Inc., a part of the company’s Coatings Division. The subsidiary will focus on expanding sales of radiation-curing materials, the company said.
