SALT LAKE CITY — Huntsman Corp. has completed the acquisition of the global thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) business of Rohm and Haas Co. for $120 million. The business operates manufacturing sites in Ringwood, IL, and Osnabruck, Germany, and produces aromatics, aliphatics, adhesives, and coatings.
