SOUTHFIELD, MI - Boehle Chemicals Inc., Southfield, MI, has acquired Kamin-Cable Inc., a specialty-chemicals and container distribution company based in Lakewood, OH. Boehle said the acquisition expands its market share and supplier base in Ohio and provides "additional synergies" with most of the company's existing suppliers. Boehle said it will consolidate customer-service functions at the company's Southfield headquarters.

Kamin-Cable distributes products to the coatings, plastics, rubber, and other industrial markets.
