PMD Group Inc., Cleveland, formerly the BFGoodrich Performance Chemicals business, announced a name change of the business to Noveon Inc. The business, based in Cleveland, is a supplier of specialty chemicals with products for coatings that include acrylic resins, polyurethane dispersions, specialty emulsion polymers, pigment dispersions, and additives.
