POMPANO BEACH, FL -- Urecoats Industries Inc. completed the acquisition of Infiniti Paint Co. Inc, a Florida-based distributor of coatings, sealants and foams, in a cash and stock transaction valued at $1.5 million. Urecoats, a maker of roof coatings manufactured from recycled tire rubber, said the acquisition provides a comprehensive distribution infrastructure for the company's products and application systems.

Urecoats' flagship product, Urecoats RSM-100, is a rubber sealant membrane that is spray-applied hot and cures as it bonds to the applied surface. The company says the product creates a permanent fused seal that adheres to steel and concrete roof decks or flashing.

Urecoats Industries, through several subsidiary companies, is a manufacturer, distributor and applicator of roofing and waterproofing and other types of sealants and coatings that contain recycled material.
